7/20:  Needs $42,000 to move to us.  Great interview and candidate.  He will be the one.

7/24:  Offer extended and accepted.

During the first 90 day probation period we would pay you at $39,900 / year which is 19.18 / hour.  At the 90 day mark if everything is going well, we would move you up 5% to $42,000 / year or $20.20 / hour.  This date would also become your annual review date.
