Tigerhawk Technologies is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Objectives for this role include:
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our technology offerings.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s reach.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements and Skills for this role include:
- Two to four years of sales experience.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
