Tigerhawk Technologies, LLC is looking for a Full Time, I.T. Specialist for our Quincy, IL location.
The right candidate would be responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues.
To be successful as an IT specialist, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies. Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective clients to help determine needed services.
- Installing new software and hardware components.
- Responsible for network management.
- Responsible for VoIP phone systems.
- Travel to client sites may be required.
- Assist clients remotely.
- Prepare and update tickets and ticket system.
Qualifications:
- Any IT certification, preferred.
- A minimum two-year degree, preferred.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Applications & Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiar with a range of software and hardware.
- Previous technical support role.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must be self-motivated.
